The philanthropist, CEO FAD FM / 360TV, Mr Fidelis Duker deemed it necessary to celebrate the dream and actualization of his idea, FAD FM /360TV with online Journalists, publishers and bloggers at FAD FM Premises, Calabar.
The young generous and passionate Nigerian, Mr Duker is a Cross Riverian but was born and brought up in Lagos state. He recently moved down to Calabar, his home city to carry out his managerial responsibilities.
Mr. Duker is also an actor and film director. He was amongst the art work during the establishment of Calabar municipal in respect of the government of His Excellency, Donald Duke(1999-2007).
Mr. Duker acknowledged the effort of his beloved wife, Mrs. Duker for being a source of strength during hard times.
His wife, Mrs. Duker had the opportunity to work with a reputable station like NTA which gave them a start u clue.
Like he said, " I and my wife has been together since the nursing of this dream, FAD FM /360TV".
He dated their waiting back to 2010 were they applied for license but were not given until 1 September 2017.
About 7 local radio stations were licensed along side FAD FM in Cross River State.
FAD FM is known for her Nitche which include talk shows, news and music.
FAD FM has trained over 500 students both in colleges and universities.
Many students have had opportunities to learn the usage of cameras and many more media works.
Currently, FAD FM has Over 12 students in school
Mr. Duker answered so many questions during the session.
Some of the questions and his reply are;..
Question: You have stayed in Lagos all this while, how did you finally birth the idea of FAD FM/ 360TV fitting for Calabar and did you think you can get what you want in Calabar?
Mr. Duker: My number one priority is not what I get. During the Establishment of Calabar municipal, I saw talents everywhere and my hunger was to give the local the opportunity to express themselves.
The idea that Calabar is a civil state and that nothing else works out except politics should be killed.
I believe you can get whatever you want anywhere so long as you have the passion. It is not where you are that matters but what you can do.
Question: How did you endured through 7years of waiting for your license?
Mr. Duker: That was because I had passion for my dream and the only option was to wait. And also, I waited with words of my mouth, prayers.
Question: Did You received from the government or are you planning to do so?
Mr. Duker: We have never received from any government neither are we expecting to get anything through a crooked way.
If I should develop a hunger for politics, I will likely drop FAD FM and go into politics deeply. The two can not co-exist.
Question: What is your plan for FAD FM/ 360TV in the nearest future?
Mr. Duker: We are ready to shoot FAD on air. The materials are ready..
Hopefully, FAD 360TV should kick-off before 2019 runs out.

Question: 5How did you manage competition with other radio stations?
Mr. Duker: The competition is not unhealthy anyways.
When clients need what we don't have, we likely direct them to the next radio houses.
Like Fela will say "the sky is enough to contain everybody". So we believe too.
