Breaking: Tribunal upholds Ayade's election as CRS Governor, dismisses APC's petition for lack of jurisdiction

The Cross River State Governorship election petition tribunal sitting in Calabar has upheld the election of H.E Gov. Ben Ayade of the PDP, dismisses petition challenging the Governor's re-election.

The Court held that, exclusion from election is a pre-election matter. So , the tribunal lacks jurisdiction to entertain the matter.
