As the Edo election draws near every aspirant looks for ways to get endorsement from prominent individuals as this would increase their popularity.
Governor Obaseki would have been the happiest individual on earth had he got an endorsement from former president Goodluck Jonathan today, however, that didn't happen.
Knowing the implications of him been seen with the embattled governor, the former president made clear his reason for being in Benin City.
He said he wasn't there for any endorsement but for a private visit.
"I am not here to endorse the gov., I only visited him for visiting sake. I will be around to see the Esama, my visit is not endorsement party." the Ex-president said.
