I have done my research and i have not seen a leader with distinguished qualities. I have not seen a leader who is so submissive,humble,honest and so committed with the youth,men and women.
He loves to contribute,initiate sustainable projects for rural and urban development. Distinguished Hon Oyube David Attoe Jp, is that man. Sir,i have seen your contributions toward the government of Cross River State, especially to that of our digital governor, Prof. Benedict Ayade. You are an initiator of Ayade Mega City,which is also one of the best project that will bring more development and create employment in our great state.
There are young vibrant leaders that are chosen to lead the people with no biased mind,no sentiment and no negative thought. Hon Oyube is one of them. I called him a positive thinking leader.... A leader to reckon with.
