THE NORTHERN CROSS RIVER STATE SECURITY ADVISER, MR LEO INYAMBE SUES FOR PEACE IN NORTHERN CROSS RIVER SENATORIAL DISTRICT.
....visits Gakem ward in Bekwarra LGA.
To further secure lives and properties in Northern Senatorial district of Cross River State, the Northern Cross River State Security Adviser SSA to Cross River State Governor H. E Prof Ben Ayade, Mr Leo Inyambe takes the preaching of peace to Gakem ward in Bekwarra LGA, Cross River State.
The SSA deliberated extensively with the clan head and youths of Gakem ward in Bekwarra LGA in an effort to proffers lasting solution to the security challenges in the region, especially the clash between different road block groups in Bekwarra.
The SSA started from Gakem ward because it's a boundary community between Cross River State and Benue State, He promised to go round all the wards in Northern Cross River State.
Mr Leo also commended the Vigilante group for the laudable work they have been doing so far. He promised them his continuous support towards the total forestalment of peace in Bekwarra and Northern Cross River State at large.
The SSA also intimated the people on the need to shun electoral violence, vote buying and other appalling situations that can leads to fracas during and after election. Mr Leo emphasizes on his firmness in ensuring free, fair and violent free elections in all the 536 polling units in Cross River North. He promised to deal with any perpetrators of violence in the region according to law.

The SSA, clan heads, Youth leaders, and the entire people of Bekwarra LGA, agreed to work together in making sure the entire Northern Cross River State is rid of violence.
