Mr. Asegem Emmanuel is a fine young man and emerging politician, who has achieved so much as to have beaten to records of most classical politicians and leaders of Ukelle land.
His leadership success is rooted in his philanthropic philosophy and
accessible nature. He is a core Ukelle man whose entire being is consumed by
the zeal to lift his father’s out of the dungeon of obscurity into limelight.
To achieve the aforementioned, he has embarked on a plethora of projects
that have had tremendous impacts in the lives of the masses.
Mr. Asegem has carved a niche for himself, not just as a hero, but also
as a leader with the most dedicated followers and one who has empowered and
built the capacity of young people in Ukelle with his own resources. He is
popularly symbolic of the elephant because of his enormous contributions – no wonder
he’s given the title “AJANAKU”.
As a pioneer of the Ukelle Youth Forum (UYF) – an organization formed
with the aim of restoring peace and fostering development in Ukelle, he has
made several moves, in his own capacity to hold the olive branches between the
waring communities in Ukelle. To him, there is no justifiable reason why
brothers should raise weapons of warfare and shed one another’s blood.
