Let me start with a clear Instance. APC say they are not part of zoning and in fact, zoning is not part of their principles, ideologies, and rules.
This is demonstrated in their choice of picking a Governorship candidate during their factional state primaries where the two factional candidates are from Central, when the north still fill strongly that given the principle of fairness, equity and justice, they should have their eight years, irrespective of the political party.
But the APC undermined the entire Northern Cross River and in confusion today, battling between themselves, showing God's disapproval.
To throw tantrum into the unity of the North and create unnecessary sentiments, APC supported the same zoning principle in the Senatorial Candidature of the North on grounds that "it is the turn of Ogoja." Why?
The APC took advantage of the Ogoja peoples sentiments, simply, to break the Northern Governorship accord, and make Ogoja enemy of the political block of the north. Use Ogoja as a sacrificial lamb.
Today, there are permutations everywhere, that many Ogoja leaders are playing double standards and are not in support of Ayade, Rose and Jarigbe's for Governorship, Senate and House of Reps come 2019. These are verifiable facts that are yet to be executed and can be change.
Ogoja has one Political leader in Hon. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe being the highest Political Elective Position holder as House of Representative member representing Ogoja/Yala federal constituency.
Hon. Jarigbe was a front liner in the emergence of Senator Rose Oko, the Governor was unopposed, meaning Hon. Jarigbe was in support. This is to show that the people of Ogoja are totally behind PDP as they are all ready to vote whoever is PDP knowing Hon. Jarigbe from his antecedents, as a leader of the people, by the people and for the people, will never lead them wrongly.
Ogoja people through the leadership of Hon.Jarigbe and all other PDP leaders strongly give their undiluted support to the Governorship of the Northern Cross River and believes in Governor Ayade 's continuity totally in 2019.
