Oshiomhole’s Fate Hangs As Appeal Court Shifts Hearing

Ahead of scheduled National Executive Committee (NEC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division has just reserved date for the hearing of the suspended Chairmen of the party, Adams Oshiomhole, where-in he is challenging his suspension by a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, sitting in Jabi, Abuja.

A three-member panel of justices of the appellate court, headed by Justice Steven Adah had earlier announced that a different panel shall be handling the Oshiomhole’s appeal.

After taking two cases, the Justice Steven Adah led panel rose and announced that the panel to hear the Oshiomhole’s appeal will reconvene, “If ready”.
