Earlier today @ the Ministry of Women Affairs, HOPE WADDELL AVENUE, the State Exco of Cross River women Emancipation initiative (CROWEI) paid a courtesy visit to the Hon Commissioner for Women Affairs, Chief Hon Rita Agbo Ayim.
The president Mrs Laurencial Ita, speaking on behalf of the group said they are here to Congratulate the Hon Commissioner on her well deserved appointment by the Digital supersonic governor of Cross River State and to strengthen their working relationship for a great Emancipation of Women in the state.
Furthermore she also reiterated their commitment on working strongly with the Hon commissioner in achieving the goals of our Digital governor for Women.
In her response, the Hon commissioner for Women Affairs thanked them for coming and intimated the women leaders on the need for lifting our women especially in the rural area out of poverty and give them better life in our own little way we can.
She also advice them towards the Local Government polls coming up in March, For them to be harmonious and work towards the interest of the Governor and his wife, our own delectable, quintessential, Amazon, Her excellency Dr Linda Ayade.
