Chelsea are free to make signings in January after their two-window transfer ban was halved by the Court of Arbitration for Sport, an announcement
confirmed today.
A statement released by Cas read: "CFC is banned
from registering any new players, either nationally
or internationally, for one entire registration
period, which the club already served during the
2019 summer registration period.
"CFC is ordered to pay a fine to Fifa of the amount
of CHF 300,000 [£231,000].
"The warning and the reprimand are confirmed.
The lift of the transfer ban from Chelsea is a good and bad news for me
