Mr. Asegem Emmanuel, Former Member, Anti-Deforestation Task Force, Governor's Office, Calabar commended Governor Ayade for his relentless effort towards deepening democracy in Cross River State. He stated that the Governor has demonstrated this in different dimensions, citing the recent stakeholders consultative meeting across the state as an affirmation of the Governor's readiness to carry people, especially those in the grassroot along.
In a statement he conveyed through WhatsApp chat, he said: " I am thrilled by the altruistic disposition of the Governor, His Excellency, Senator Prof. Sir Ben Ayade, towards deepening the budding democracy of Cross River State through an inclusive approach. I must applaud the digital Governor, particularly on the ongoing exercise of consulting party stakeholders prior to appointment for his second dispensation in office."
Speaking on behalf of Ijiraga Community in the capacity of Community Chairman, he appreciated the Governor for the love for his community and Ukelle nation, stating that the Governor has been a big blessing to Ijiraga people and the entire Ukelle nation.
The Peace Ambassador of Ukelle re-echoed the numerous feats of the Governor, stating that even the blind, the deaf and dumb in Cross River State can feel the tremendous impacts of his government. He added that at this austere economic era in the country, God has done Cross River State a huge favour to have blessed us with a developmental genius such as Governor Ben Ayade who is using the meagre resources to transform the state into an enviable Eldorado.
"It remains a complete paradox to economic novice to have seen that new innovations and development continue to emerge in Cross River State, despite the meagre allocations accruing to the state's scoffers. Governor Ayade is a huge divine favour; he is never bereft of the required ideas to implement in order to actualize his Industrialization Drive that is making Cross a centre of attraction to the globe," he said.
