Indeed there is a saying that "a golden fish has no hiding place", Prof. Zana Apkagu has no hiding place... Where ever he steps his feet, he glows like the Sun and acts with excellence. His administrative aura and toga made the office of VCship adorable and more respectful, in this light, I dare to call him *"the Global VC"*.

On behave of all the Students union body in Cross River state, We heartily congratulates you as Chairman of the U6+ globally, and pray that your service to humanity shall lead you to the peak of your endeavors.
