After 120 minutes during midweek, there is bound to be some weary legs at Cobham this week as the Blues step up their preparations for the visit of Leicester. There is also activity in the treatment room with some players nursing injuries which could rule them out of the game.
So, what is the latest Chelsea injury news?
football.london runs you through who is in the treatment room at Cobham and who has a chance of featuring against the Foxes on Sunday.
Willian
Willian was a late call-up to Brazil's Copa America squad to replace Neymar and he had a big impact on his country getting to the final.
However, he wasn't able to help his team win the competition as he suffered a knee injury in the semi-final and had to miss the victory over Peru.
Willian has been back at Cobham recovering well and was expected to be out for three weeks from the injury, but he returned to full training ahead of the new Premier League season.
The opening weekend's match at Old Trafford did come too soon for the winger, but he was fit enough to be named on the bench for the Super League clash against Liverpool this week, meaning that he could make an appearance against the Foxes.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Ruben Loftus-Cheek was establishing himself as a key member of Maurizio Sarri's squad at the end of last season.
However, in the post-season friendly ahead of the Europa League final, Loftus-Cheek suffered the same fate as Callum Hudson-Odoi and ruptured his Achilles' tendon.
He has finally been able to take off the protective boot on his foot, however it is still going to be some time before Loftus-Cheek is back to full fitness.
The midfielder posted a video on social media last month giving fans an update of where his recovery was, with the midfielder now stepping up his recovery.

Antonio Rudiger
Antonio Rudiger has been one of the better signings of the last couple of years, playing in the centre of defence and really winning over the Chelsea fans.
However, his season ended prematurely against Manchester United in April after he hobbled off due to a meniscus injury.
Rudiger was not involved at all during pre-season, but It has been confirmed that the defender has returned to full training as part of stepping up his recovery.
He will be hoping to return to the team as soon as possible with Kurt Zouma now back and fighting for a place in the starting XI.
Callum Hudson-Odoi
Callum Hudson-Odoi is Chelsea's hope to be the long-term replacement for Eden Hazard, with the 18-year-old showing lots of potential and already having made his England senior debut.
But the winger is going to have to do it coming back from an awful injury when he ruptured his Achilles' tendon towards the back-end of last season against Burnley.
Hudson-Odoi has been back at Cobham recovering from the injury and has been doing some ball-work and running outside, his latest message on twitter also gave a positive update on his recovery.
Reece James
Reece James will be hoping to push for a place in the first team this year after a superb loan season with Wigan Athletic in the 2018/19 campaign.
However, his chance to impress in the summer was cut short after damaging ligaments in his ankle during the Toulon Tournament.
Although at first, it was thought that the injury would not require an operation, the 19-year-old confirmed that he had undergone successful surgery, saying: "I’m thankful Surgery went this evening.
"Minor set backs for major come backs! See you all soon! Thanks for the support."
James is hoping to be back within the next couple of months.
