DELEGATION OF YALA COMMUNITY IN ABUJA PAY MP Jarigbe Agom CONDOLENCE VISIT, MOURN DEATH OF MOTHER...

Delegation of Yala Community in Abuja on Saturday visited the member representing Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency in the
House of Representatives, Rt Hon Jarigbe Agom to condole with him over the death of his mother, Mrs Priscilla Agbo Jarigbe at his residence in Abuja.

The high powered delegation led by Barr Alphonsus Ogar Eba (the director-general, Cross River State Due Process and Price Intelligence Bureau. Others who accompanied him are Barr Godwin Offiono (Goffio), Hon Gabriel Bravo Oluohu (AMAC Supervisory Counselor for Health), Engr Steve Agbaka, Prince George Ogonyi, Mr Ogar Mathew and Ebriku John Friday.

It would be recalled that, the MP's mother passed on May 11, 2019 at 77. She will be buried on May 31, 2019 in Ogoja.

Bar Ogar Eba, who spoke unbehalf of the team, said the Yala community in Abuja was shocked over the news of the death of the MP's mother, assured that his loss was the loss of the enitre community, because Mama is also our mother.

He said, "Whatever will be required we will be there to bear the burden with you. We are coming as real brothers and friends. We are coming for the burial of our mother. We are here onbehalf of the Yala community in Abuja for the first cry before the larger house visit later."

Hon Jarigbe in his response, thanked the delegation and the Yala Community in Abuja for the gesture, saying he is consoled and that he is elated that he has brothers and friends around.

He said, I am very happy and the thought of this gives me an impression that I have people around me. All I have to say is that it will get better and this will foster better relationship amongst us. Nobody will see this kind of delegation and not end his.cry. I have cried and cried but has realised that it won't bring mama back. I am very great full to God that He has been kind to us even in this trying moment. Thank you all."

While giving the vote of thanks, Engr Steve appreciated the MP for welcoming the delegation. He urged him  and the  family to take Mama's departure as the will of God. He said her death will open new doors of miracle and prayed that there will be no sad new that will cause grieve ahead of the burial. He prayed God to fill the void of her loss and that the family have the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and peace upon the family.
