Petr Cech Set To Make Music Debut With Release Of 1st Single Next Week

Petr Cech is about to show the world his musical capabilities, after announcing he will sensationally team up with Queen drummer Roger Taylor to release a single.
The veteran goalkeeper is set to call time on his playing career at the end of the season and has given a glimpse into what he will be using his spare time to do.
Cech paid a visit to Nordoff Robbins music therapy centre this week with the Arsenal foundation, helping youngsters who suffer with disabilities to use music as a method of coping and enjoyment.
Following the visit, the 36-year-old made a big announcement on Friday afternoon by taking to his personal social media account.
“Watch out Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, & others, there’s a new artist in town,” Cech wrote on Twitter in a playful manner.
“To mark my retirement the legendary Roger Taylor and myself thought it would be fun to do a song to raise money for the wonderful Willow Foundation. Out next week on Virgin Records,” he added.
Cech featured recently as Arsenal played Valencia in the semi-final first-leg of the Europa League.
The Gunners came from a goal down to win 3 - 1, in a fixture which was likely to be Cech's last at the Emirates.
Featuring as the man between the sticks for Arsenal in European competition this season, Cech could finish his career on a high in the showpiece final in Baku
