   Distinguished Hon Oyube David Attoe Jp Jnr, the Executive Secretary of New Cities management  Board, appointed Comrade Daniel Williams as his Special Assistant on Media /Web.
  When you meet a flexible leader with a huge positive projects that will bring effective change in our society, then you have to reckon with distinguished Hon Oyube David Attoe Jnr. He is also a strategist and the originator of Ayade Mega City.

   I couldn't resist this offer of working with the impeccable Hon Oyube as my Boss. He is very humble and versatile in organizing, planning and building a successful city development projects. Hon Oyube Ntoe Jr has fit into the plans of our digital governor, Prof.Ben Ayade the Executive Governor of Cross River State. Prof. Benedict Ayade has given our youth more opportunity in his governance.
