The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has today issued certificate of return to all National Assembly Members elected at the just concluded February 23rd National Assembly elections.
The senator-elect, Cross River Central Senatorial District, Dr Sandy Ntufam Onor has officially been issued a certificate of return at Abuja, today 14th February, 2019.
