Today 06/01/2019 in Ikom, an overwhelming crowd of constituents gathered in an Appreciation Lunch with Ntol Chris Agibe, incumbent Member representing Ikom/Boki at the House of Representatives.

The gathering had very prominent, movers and shakers of Cross River State politics from Ikom and Boki respectively. Constituents who spoke at the event, made some observations that calls for correction and improvement, attested to the uncommon representation of the Member and thanked him for the visible projects like secondary school blocks, drinkable tap water, the ground breaking empowerment he did and many assistance he has rendered to people. According to them,

"Hon. Chris Agibe is not one who makes empty promises and they're satisfied with this and we will vote you again to show gratitude and encourage you to do more work next term".

In his response, Hon. Agibe thanked constituents passionately for their frankness in criticism and appreciation while constituents ate the sumptuous meals of all kinds, drank very dignifying wine. He promised to do much better when re-elected into office and adjust in aspects where concerns have been raised.

PS: A leader who listens to and accepts criticism surely, is one who loves to serve. In his usual humorous disposition, the event moved to an all face smiling end.
