This is Ayade's Love for Cross River State - Inok

God uses the lowly things of the world to create change, David, Esther, and our Messiah Jesus, all came from poor background, experienced  poverty, hunger, and oppression. Insulted and mocked by their own people and oppressors.

But one outstanding quality was the love they had for God and their people. This Love moved them to take up campaigns that changed history and placed God and His people first among equals.

God’s battle for His chosen ones is still alive today, 1Cor. 1:27-29 says,    “But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly and despised things of the world, and the things that are not, to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast in His presence.…”

Cross River State is close to God’s heart and God during this recession want to use Cross River State to show example to the Nation at large, that, “once you oppress my people too hard, I will answer their cry.”

Governor Ayade today, like David, Though, as usual, firstly, dressed in political Shield and armory, He saw his movement too clumsy. He rather decided to reform the environment technologically instead of reforming the people politically. Fill with this love and conviction, He said, “My armory is actually God himself. I want to leave Cross River State not better than I met it, but I want to leave CRS as a signature for the black man.”

“The dream is beyond the scope of Nigeria, the dream is not just Africa, the Dream is the Black Man. We must create values and change the concepts precepts, we must fine value, and we must find new ways of thinking and doing things. We must focus only on those things that will make us the best in anything we want to do.”

Like the Israelite who felt though, David was too young, yet,  gave him a chance to prove himself after expressing boldness, courage, will and determination, we must look inward and think outside the box, because outside the box no limits holds.

The focus for our love for Cross River State is collective understanding of our weakness and strength. Governor Ayade feel strongly, that love can only be expressed when all of us ask the right questions, directing them to the right authority, federal government.

“Let think on how we can fatten and increase the income of cross river state, let us look at what we have to say to federal government, and say please, enough is enough, you have taken our lands, you have taken Bakassi, You refuse us even having the luxury of a referendum, you took our oil, 76 oil wells at that, we are not factored, you took us out of the 13 percent derivations, we have gotten a lot of military support in the Niger Delta, and you did not provide one for CRS, we got operation Delta Serve, CRS was not factored.”

This is love expressed in totality for emancipation of a people.

Speak Ayade, Think Cross River!
