Legislative experience is not an inherent trait. It is aquired. Even the Clark of the National Assembly hasn't the genes which carries legislative experience, let alone passing it to his/her child.
I will not make anyone popular by mentioning names of first time Senators who have outperformed their percieved "ranking senators".
Let no one deceive you with such bullshit.
It is just a decoy to lure gullible individuals and a very dangerous precedence that'll encourage underperformance and laziness, thereby entrenching bad leadership and governance of failure in our society.
It is way past time for the good people of Cross River Central to mobilize and rescue it from mediocrity and enthrone excellence as the guiding standard.
Citizens wellbeing, not only during electioneering periods should be the core focus of leadership and not their so accliamed EXPERIENCE which has only landed us in a vicious circle we are yet to recover from.
Whoever is oblivious of the fact that Ntufam Dr Sandy Ojang Onor has always been in touch with his people, irrespective of party affiliation, in and out of political season, is perhaps living in another world.
The time to end this old order of politicts and embrace a breath of fresh air, fresh ideas and superb leadership is now!
