In the area of law making,  HON JARIGBE AGOM has tenaciously sponsored Ten (10) Bills and moved Four (4) Motions.

(1) HB. 1040 Tax incentive Management and Transparency Bill in 2017.

(2) HB. 260 Ahmadu Bello University (Transitional provisions)  Repeal Bill, 2015.

(3) HB. 1039 Tertiary Education Trust fund Act (Amendment) Bill 2017

(4) HB. 261 University of Ibadan Act (Amendment) Bill 2017

(5) HB. 262 University of Abuja Act (Amendment) bill, 2015

(6) HB. 1038 Integrated farm settlement centre Bill, 2017.

(7) HB. 263 University of lagos Act (Amendment) Bill, 2015.

(8) University of Calabar Act (Amendment) Bill, 2015. (Amendment of Cap U5 LFN 2004)

(9) A bill for the establishment of a Federal polytechnic in Yala 2018.

(10) A bill for an Act to provide for the establishment of a Federal University of Technology, Ogoja and for other matters connected there-with 2018 which has undergone the first and second reading and is due for public hearing.

(11) He has captured the electrification of Gabu in the 2018 Budget, yet to be implemented by Buhari but God's willing it will be implemented in 2019.

Urgent need to investigate the mysterious death of late Joy Odama, a crutech student, 21 years of age from yala who died controversially in the house of one Alhaji Usman Adamu in Abuja.

Note: It is of Noteworthy that one of HON JARIGBE AGOM'S bill,  HB. 262 University of Abuja Act(Amendment) bilk, 2015 has passed the third reading and assented by the President of the federal Republic of Nigeria. It is now gazatted as one of the laws of the federation of Nigeria.
