Good morning to the peace loving people of Ogoja/ Yala Federal Constituency;For some weeks now,the social media has been trending with all sorts of attacks and counter attacks between myself and the candidate of the APC, for the House Of Reps Elections.We have also observed that with the tearing down of my campaign posters,billboards and banners by my opponent and his surrogates,there has been a reaction from my supporters,unknown to me.
I want to state unequivocally that;NO POSITION IS WORTH THE SPILLING OF THE BLOOD OF OUR PEOPLE.Those barbaric things were done in the past against our people but cannot work for anyone now.We need to change our style and appeal to our People to vote for us.We need to choose our fights carefully.
Everyone cannot be gullible to infantile ints we will not use our own Children to do..Our Children cannot be chauffeur driven to school,with Police Security and we buy guns for our constituents to cause mayhem at the risk of their lives and future.Please,I advice us to go and talk to our people for votes and stop encouraging politicians to fool our people.
For me,those who are encouraging their Children,should know that if they follow small children to play in the sand,they will also get dirty.We all have elderly parents who are sitting quietly at home and praying for us and that is what our Elders should do.
Above all,let us have the fear of God and tow the path of peaceful coexistence and love for one another as we chase Vanity.
