THINK OF THIS...2019; The Angel you don't know is better than the devil you know~Okaba

There is a popular saying that "The Devil you know is better than an Angel you do not know" but I tell you most solemly like many other well meaning Nigerians, come 2019 Presidential Election, th adage would be rewritten as; "The Angel you do not know is better than the Devil you already know."
Why am I saying this? President Muhamadu Buhari in his campaign ahead of the 2015 Presidential called the then President (Goodluck Ebele Jonathan) a clueless, non-chalant president, weak in tackling the Boko Haram menace, a corrupt man and the worst in the history of Nigeria and so many more that I would not be able to outline for the sake of time. But in summarry, he and his campaign team described Goodluck Jonathan as 'THE MOST INCOMPETENT PRESIDENT IN THE HISTORY OF NIGERIA'.
All of these made unsuspecting Nigerians most especially the 'Downtrodden' to cast their votes for him hoping that he will come and make their living standard better as he promised in his campaign but three years plus in office this have seriously depreciated as the worst killings, starvation, crimes, corruption, illiteracy rate, poor economy, inflation, etc in Ngeria's history have been witnessed in the PMB administration.

In view of all these failures, Nigerians now know him and his APC led government as;
1. Uncaring
2. Autocratic
3. Clueless
4. Does not obey 'RULE OF LAW'
5. Abuse Democracy and Electoral Process
6. Corrupt
7. Weak in tackling Boko Haram as he now pays 'RANSOME' to them
8. Friendly to the popular 'KILLER FULANI HERDSMEN'
9. Too old and weak (Spends Nigeria's money on his health)
10. Cares less of Citizens Welfare and Security.
This and lots more are what he represents in his administration as opinned by Nigerians.
It may interest you to know that ahead of the 2015 Presidential Election, Traditional Rulers, Religious Leaders and various Groups were cajoled to endorse and canvas votes for PMB. While doing all of these, they said all sorts of calumny against GEJ but were not seen as 'HATE SPEECHES' and they were not stopped by their principal PMB from doing such. They were rather hailed and seen as 'PATRIOTIC and EXAMPLARY LEADERS' of their various groups but today with PMB in the highly exalted office, the case is different as any attempt to speak ill or analize the PMB administration is tagged a 'HATE SPEECH' and would spell doom for you if you do. Also, traditional and religious leaders have been warned ahead of the 2019 Presidential Election not to concientise their subjects as they are not supposed to be 'PARTISAN' but those who speak good of PMB or endorses him are hailed and celebrated and as well seen as patrotic if otherwise, you would be accused of endorsing ATIKU ABUBAKAR who happens to be the flagbearer of the major opposition Party PDP as witnessed in the case of BISHOP KUKAH.
My question then is;
1. Who is Alhaji Atiku Abubakar?
2. Why is the ruling APC so afraid of Atiku/Obi ahead of the 2019 Presidential Election when they opinned that they have performed so well and better than the previous administrations?
