PDP presidential primaries... See the unexpected outcome.



PDP held her 2018 national convention for the presidential primary election in potharcourt on the 6th of October.

The election that was declared free fair and credible by both local and international observers ended with wide celebration as former vice president Alhaji Atiku Abubakar emerged victorious. Twelve 12 aspirants were involved in the battle for the party's presidential ticket amongst which was the present Senate President Sen Bukola Saraki, Sokoto state Governor Aminu Tambuwal, Gombe state Governor Dankwambo, former Senate President and present senator Sen David Mark, former Pleateau State Governor and former chairman Governor's forum Jona Jang, present Senator representing Kano Central Kwankwaso and others.

Mr Atiku flaws his closest rival Aminu Tambuwal follow by Sen Bukola Saraki. Mr Atiku was declared winner of the primaries and giving the certificate of return to flag the party at the 2019 general elections to unseat the ill performed President Mohammadu Buhari.

Meanwhile, the 12 aspirants had earlier signed and agreed to work with whoever emerge winner of the party's primaries, to save Nigeria from the shackles of underdevelopment by the led APC government. See results ..
