Sergio Ramos has sent a message of support to Cristiano Ronaldo following the 33-year-old’s decision to leave Real Madrid for Juventus.
Madrid have accepted a €105 million (£92.7m) offer from the Serie A champions, while Ronaldo has agreed a contract worth €30m (£26.4m) per season with the Italian club.
Ronaldo leaves Madrid after winning 15 titles in nine years at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The forward has also cemented his place as Madrid’s all-time leading scorer with 451 goals in 438 games.
Madrid captain Ramos has played alongside Ronaldo throughout that time and has paid a special tribute ahead of his move to Juventus.
‘Cristiano, your goals, your numbers and everything we’ve won together speak for themselves,’ Ramos said.
