Top 100 entries will be selected and inaugurated to the drafting committee of the project 1000.
2nd meeting – Review committee – Calabar
The next top 300 entries will be set as the review committee for project 1000
3rd meeting – Adoption committee – Yala (Town square meetion)
The people get the power to merge and adopt the document as a road map / work plan for the Yala people.
PS: What we set to achieve will become a negotiation document between the electorates and the aspirants.
They will deal as we suggested in it and much more as it represents the will of the people.
What this does is identify what is primary to the people and attend to that, rather than assume and provides what is not needed.
We will need the consent of the traditional rulers when we get to the adoption stage.
ILLUSTRATION:
What good is a dual road to a people who can not get tools and materials on which to farm to be able to produce products to be transported?
